Appaloosa Horse Museum

The Appaloosa Museum is located in the heart of Palouse Country – considered the home of the Appaloosa breed. The museum is a non-profit organization established in 1975 to collect, preserve, study, and exhibit objects and information that illustrate the history of the Appaloosa horse. DEFY Moscow

A fun place for all ages. We offer state of the art trampolines, foam pits, a ninja course, an extreme dodge ball arena. We have special groups rates for events of all types. Downtown Trick-or-Treat

Entertainment in the Park

The Entertainment in the Park program is sponsored by the City of Moscow, the Moscow Arts Commission, the Latah County Library District, the Friends of Moscow Public Library, Avista, and the University of Idaho Lionel Hampton School of Music. For the month of June this summer event features a Children’s Entertainment Series starting at 6 p.m. followed by the Moscow Arts Commission Band at 7 p.m. at East City Park. The Children’s Entertainment Series is a part of this year’s Summer Reading Program, titled: “Libraries Rock!”

Kenworthy Performing Arts Center

This historic building located in downtown Moscow, offers high quality entertainment including live theatre, films, concerts, lectures and other performing arts.

Latah County Fair

The Latah County Fair is an annual four day celebration of everything that is great about Latah county and the surrounding region. Held in mid-September each year, it is an amazing weekend of multiple competitive exhibit shows, food vendors, animal exhibits, exciting contests, over 70 on-site vendors, carnival rides for people of all ages, over 50 hours of live, free main stage entertainment and much more. The Latah County Fair is a free admission event, so bring the whole family for a weekend of fun, food, and memories.

McConnell Mansion

The two-story house is a blend of Victorian, Queen Anne, and Eastlake styles. The rooms on the first floor have been restored to historic periods reflecting the house’s history, from turn-of-the-century parlors to the 1930s kitchen. A friendly volunteer will give you a tour of the rooms and information about the house, Moscow, and Latah County. Palouse Discover Science Center, Pullman

This unique center promotes science, math and technology literacy through the use of educational programs, exhibits, teaching collections and activities emphasizing hands-on learning.

Palouse Ice Rink at the Rotary Veterans Memorial Pavilion, Moscow

The ice skating season at the Pavilion typically runs from late October to early April; however other activities are planned throughout the summer. Winter fun for both kids and adults includes hockey tournaments, open skate, and lessons. Summer-time can include rollar-skating, floor hockey and roller derby! Rendezvous in the Park

Rendezvous in the Park is a three-day music and arts festival taking place in Moscow’s East City Park. This family friendly outdoor event takes place the third weekend in July, and features live music in the evenings, starting at 4:30. Rendezvous also includes a two-day arts workshop for kids, on Thursday and Friday mornings. Concert attendees bring blankets and lawn chairs and spread out to enjoy the music and sun setting over the park. Many bring a picnic dinner, or enjoy the offerings of the many food vendors. Invest the time to come to Rendezvous once and you will find the quality of the music and the sense of community to be infectious and will want to return every year.

Vandal Town Block Party

This community event has become a favorite fall past time to welcome new and returning students in a downtown celebration of Moscow. The event is free and open to the public and festivities begin at 5:30 p.m. Meet downtown for live music and family friendly activities for guests of all ages.

Virtudome

Virtudome is a Virtual Technology Experience with several different immersive virtual worlds for you to see. Our combat arena can accommodate 6 people and can participate in 5 different games in a free-roaming arena. We have 4 different booths with virtual reality headsets connected to power gaming PCs. This allows for a higher graphic experience pushing the limits of technology. These booths power 11 different escape rooms, premium zombie experiences, and over 100 different games for you to play.

Winter Carnival

Kick off the holiday season at Moscow’s Winter Carnival! Festivities begin at 4:00 pm with a variety of family-friendly activities to help you get in the holiday spirit, all leading up to the grand finale – the lighting of the Winter Wonderland Tree, immediately followed by the light Up The Night Parade!
The parade begins promptly at 6:00 pm and everyone is invited to come out and watch this fantastic display of lights . . . Santa Claus even agrees to fly in for the event!

WSU Bear Center, Pullman
